“Los Cafeteros” means “the coffee-growers” and is a nickname Colombians have rightfully earned due to their renowned excellence as coffee cultivators. When the coffee beans are ready, we only select the premium beans, one by one, and always by hand. Our coffee is 100% Colombian. It's richness is the result of a culture of growers that value the natural process. Every time a “Cafetero” picks a bean, they do so with the conviction and intention of providing the best coffee in the world.
Our Arabica coffee variety grows at the high-altitude of 4,000 ft to 6,500 ft on beautiful Colombian mountains, allowing the “Cafeteros” to use nature as a partner: clouds moisten the coffee fruits, rain waters the plants, and the sun dries the beans. Then, with the help of mules, the coffee growers carry the sacks from the top of the highlands down to the farm to be roasted.
